What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. The average delivery time is:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Belgium: 2–4 business days
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
What are the return conditions?
- Products are unused and in original condition
- Includes labels and packaging
How do I register a return?
Send an email to info@sunnytides.nl with your order number. You will receive return instructions by email.
Please note that the cost of returning an order is borne by the customer.
When will I get my money back?
Within 5 business days of receiving your return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method.
👙 Products
Are the swimwear items UV protective?
Many of our products have UPF50+ protection. This is always stated on the product page.
How do I care for my swimwear?
- Rinse with cold water after use
- Wash at a maximum of 30°C
- Do not tumble dry

Are your products sustainable?
Yes! Many of our swimwear items are made from recycled materials. We consciously choose quality and sustainability.
