We naturally hope you are happy with your purchase! Not entirely satisfied? No problem – you can easily return your order.

📅 Return Period

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, we require that:

  • The product is unused and undamaged
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • Any labels and tags are still attached
  • The product is hygienically sound

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The products you wish to return

After your request, you will receive further instructions.

🚚 Return Costs & Responsibility

  • The costs for returning are at the customer's expense
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipment
  • We recommend sending your return with track & trace

SunnyTides is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

💳 Refund

Once we have received your return in good order:

  • We will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days
  • The refund will be made via the original payment method

❗ Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Products without original packaging or labels
